Our Master Recruiter/Trainer will come into your dealership on the Monday of the Hiring Campaign and will start the interviewing and hiring process of an unlimited number of salespersons (at the discretion of the dealership) through Wednesday morning.
The week prior to arriving on that Monday, the “Platinum Online Salesperson Employment Ad” will be posted on several of the “Major Job Boards” and “Employment Websites.” Bona fide applicants will be personally contacted and Interview Appointments (Minimum 13 Daily) will be scheduled. A daily itinerary of Interview Appointments personally set will be sent to the appropriate Dealership Manager. Also, a personal Reminder Text message will be sent to each applicant the morning of their set Interview Appointment.
At the time our Master Recruiter/Trainer interviews and feels that he has selected a potential candidate to be hired, he will T/O that potential candidate to the Dealership’s Sales Manager to confirm that the salesperson should be hired and to return on Wednesday afternoon for “The Salesperson Orientation.”
That Wednesday, after the morning interviews, starting at 1:00 P.M., our Master Recruiter/Trainer will hold a “Salespersons Orientation Class” consisting of the hired candidates and the Dealership’s Managers. This Class will include the candidates getting to know each other, and introduce themselves to the managers and explain their employment history. At that time the Dealership’s managers will detail to the hired candidates their duties, what is expected of them and answer any questions they may have.
The Dealership’s managers will also thoroughly explain the “Dealership’s Pay plan, Bonus Plans and Benefits.”
The Dealership’s managers will have the option of terminating any candidate, during their weeks of training, they feel will not make it. Tom Wadler recommends hiring double the number of salespersons the Dealership desires, if possible, to allow for fall-outs due to: No Shows, Uninsurable Candidates due to too many points on their License, Bad Backgrounds, and Failed Drug Tests.
The terms and conditions of this “3-Day On-Site TURNKEY Salesperson Recruiting Campaign” are subject to modification at the Dealer’s request and State and Federal laws.
